CIDERMAKING (natural effervescence)
Inspired by the traditional bouché cider produced in Brittany, where cider with natural residual sugar undergoes a second fermentation in the bottle and is sold with the lees.

The Brut bouché cider with lees is crafted through a second fermentation in a closed tank from cider containing natural residual sugar. This process is followed by filtration before bottling. A minimum of six months of aging on lees is required to ensure the success of this operation.

RESULT (7% alc./vol.)
A cider with a beautiful hue and green reflections, featuring fine effervescence. Its finesse and freshness are expressed through aromas of ripe apple, pear, with notes of spice and bread crust. On the palate, it delivers an explosion of freshness and elegance, perfectly balancing its tangy character with residual sugar.

SERVICE
Serve between 6°C and 8°C.
Excellent as an aperitif or to create a kir royal. Perfect for brunch, it pairs wonderfully with savory or sweet crepes. It’s an ideal match for grilled scallops, pork roulade with caramelized apples, or ash-ripened cheese (Le Douanier) or bloomy-rind cheese.
