La Bolée pétillante
This effervescent cider with delicate aromas of apples and pears is refreshing on the palate. These sweet apple flavours are crisp and well balanced. It has a pleasant acidity and fine bubbles, giving it all it’s elegance.

CIDRIFICATION (natural effervescence)
Picked very ripe, the apples are first crushed and then gently pressed with a belt press. Next, the must obtained is fermented at a low temperature to preserve all its aromas. Finally, the second fermentation in closed vats produces a natural effervescence, unique to this type of sparkling cider.
RESULT (4.5% alc./vol.)
This sparkling cider with delicate aromas of apple, white flowers, and pear is refreshing and crisp.
Serve chilled between 4oC and 6oC.
Ideal as an aperitif or cocktail, it may also accompany oysters, summer salads, fish cakes and grilled fish. It’s a staple for picnics and barbecues!
