CIDERMAKING (natural effervescence)
Harvested at peak ripeness, the apples are first crushed and then gently pressed using a belt press. The resulting must is fermented at a low temperature to preserve all its aromas. Finally, a second fermentation in a closed tank creates a natural effervescence unique to this type of sparkling cider.

RESULT (4.5% alc./vol.)
This sparkling cider, with its delicate aromas of apple, white flowers, and pear, is refreshingly light. Its gentle, crisp apple flavors are well-balanced, and its fine bubbles add a touch of elegance.

SERVICE
Serve chilled between 4°C and 6°C.
Perfect as an aperitif or in a cocktail, it pairs beautifully with oysters, summer salads, fish croquettes, and grilled fish. It’s a must-have for picnics and barbecues.
