Our Moût de Pomme is a sparkling apple juice that is made only with our best apples. It has an intense aroma of fresh apples and is crisp to the palate. With no added sugar, it is a real treat!

Blend of several apple varieties.
METHOD
The apples are hand-picked, then crushed and pressed using a belt press to extract the juice while keeping it cold.
RESULT
This sparkling apple must is made entirely from our finest apples. Its bouquet is intensely fresh with a hint of tartness. With no added sugar, it is refreshing and thirst-quenching.
SERVICE
Serve chilled between 4°C and 6°C.
Perfect for cooling off. Pairs wonderfully with chicken paninis or summer citrus salads.
