CIDERMAKING (natural effervescence)
The apples are hand-picked and pressed in a single batch. This is followed by low-temperature fermentation and the creation of natural effervescence in a closed tank, without the addition of sugar.

RESULT (2.5% alc./vol.)
A refined sparkling cider with an intense bouquet of fresh apple, melon, and apple blossom. The balance between its bubbles, natural sweetness, and bright acidity makes it a unique and incomparable cider.

SERVICE
Serve chilled between 4°C and 6°C.
