METHOD (NATURAL EFFERVESCENCE)
The apples for the Crémant de Pomme sparkling cider are handpicked, crushed, and pressed only once. They are then fermented at low temperatures in sealed tanks, creating natural effervescence with no added sugars.
TASTING NOTES (2.5% ALC./VOL.)
A light sparkling cider with only 2.5% alcohol and an intense bouquet of fresh, slightly sweet apples. The Crémant de Pomme sparkling cider has a good balance between bubbles, natural sugars, and acidity making this cider unique.
Serve chilled between 4°C and 6°C.
