Apples are picked by hand, crushed, briefly steeped and pressed only once, it is allowed to ferment at low temperature becoming naturally effervescent in sealed tanks without addition of any sugar. |
| Results: |
A light alcohol cider with an intense bouquet of fresh apples, slightly sweet and sparkling. A good balance between bubbles, natural sugar and nice acidity makes this cider unique. |
| Service: |
Ideal as an aperitif or with desserts, it can be served at any occasion, for celebration or simply for refreshment. Serve between 4ºc and 6ºc |
