The Bolée Pétillante Rosée results from a delicious blend of McIntosh, Geneva and Mont-Royal apples.
RESULT
This sparkling rosé cider with 5% alc/vol has delicate aromas of apples and red berries and is refreshing on the palate with its light bitterness due to the pink Geneva and Mont-Royal apples. Its fine bubbles reflect all of its elegance.
SERVICE
Serve chilled between 4 ° C and 6 ° C. Ideal as an aperitif with its pink colour, or can be married with grilled fish dishes, kebabs, or even soft goat cheeses.
