Cider Making

An aperitif cider made from a blend of apple juice and cider brandy, similar to pommeau from Brittany or Normandy, aged in oak barrels for two years.

Tasting Notes

A sweet aperitif cider with a beautiful golden color and copper highlights, featuring aromas of ripe apple, vanilla, spice, smoke, and cider brandy. On the palate, it is smooth and full-bodied. The finish reveals woody and vanilla notes.

Serve chilled between 6°C and 8°C as an aperitif, or at room temperature between 16°C and 18°C. Excellent with foie gras, aged and strong cheeses, and dark chocolate.
