METHOD
Harvested at peak ripeness, the apples are first crushed and then gently pressed using a belt press. The resulting must is fermented at a low temperature to preserve all its aromas. Finally, a second fermentation in a closed tank creates a natural and unique effervescence.

RESULT
This sparkling cider, with its delicate aromas of apples, pears, and white flowers, is refreshingly light. Its gentle flavors of crisp apples are pleasant and well-balanced. The fine bubbles give it an elegant touch.

4.5% alc./vol.

SERVICE
Serve chilled between 4°C and 6°C

Perfect as an aperitif or in a cocktail, it pairs elegantly with oysters, salads, fish croquettes, and grilled fish.
