The Margot (A Twist On Margarita)

Cocktail The Margot - Recettes - Du Minot

 ¼ oz fresh lime juice
 ¾ oz Sea Buckthorn syrup (Les Charlatans)
 1 oz white tequila
 2 oz Minot’s Le Clos cider

In a shaker, add all the ingredients and shake vigorously.


Then, pass the contents through a sieve (the term used in bartending is “Double strain”) and pour directly into a cup.


Fill in the rest of the cup with Le Clos cider and garnish with a thin slice of floating lime.
