
Ingredients
400 g salmon
1 tbsp mustard
4 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp finely chopped shallot
2 tbsp La Bolée cider
1 tbsp dried tarragon
1 tbsp chive
½ (juice of) lemon
1 pinch chili
Preparation

Cook the salmon in water or steam. Leave it to cool. You can add cider in the cooking water for the salmon.

In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, mustard, tarragon, cider, chive, shallot, lemon juice and the chili.

Add the salmon cut in small pieces and mix well until all the ingredients are well blended. Season to taste.
