23 dashes of bitters from Bitters Co.
2 oz homemade pear puree (simply grind a pear with a little water)
1 ½ oz Orange & Rosemary syrup Les Charlatans
8 oz Du Minot BRUT cider
Preparation

Fill a Collins glass with ice.

Add all the ingredients and mix with a spoon.

Garnish with a pear slice and a sprig of rosemary.
