½ oz lemon juice
½ oz Ginger Syrup Les Charlatans
4 oz Du Minot BRUT cider
1 branch of thyme
Preparation

In a shaker, lightly press the thyme with a muddler or a spoon. Add lime juice, ice and Ginger Syrup.

Filter the contents through a sieve by pouring it directly into a flute. Top off with the cider.

Garnish with a small branch of thyme and a slice of lime.
