Heat the oil in a frying pan and lightly cook the onions. Add the garlic and let it cool.
In a bowl, mix the bison, the onions, garlic, mint, parsley, cumin, mustard and the bread crumbs. Add salt, pepper, chili pepper and Doré cider. Mix carefully.
Shape into balls with a spoon and the hands. Flatten the balls slightly to get 2 faces.
Heat the oil in a big frying pan and color the keftas on both sides. Put the keftas in a tray to finish cooking in the oven for 5 to 7 minutes. Remove the keftas from the oven, drain and serve.
