The apples are handpicked, then crushed and then pressed with band press to extract the juice. Fermentation happens at low temperatures in sealed tanks, allowing the cider to become naturally effervescent without any added sugar.

Its intense bouquet of fresh apple and honey is slightly acidulous. Its natural effervescence gives it a frank and fruity taste. Its finale ends on a touch of honey.
