Our cidre bouché sur lie is obtained by the second fermentation in sealed tank of a cider containing natural residual sugar. The process is followed by filtration and finally a hint of ice cider is added to this dry, sparkling cider.
Ingenious cross between a sparkling cider and an ice cider. This product with fine bubbles containing 7 % alcohol reveals fresh aromas with hints of apricot brought by ice cider.
It is unctuous and fresh in the mouth, with a great persistence. A surprising product to try. La Croisée is the best of both worlds !
