Method

Ice cider is produced in winter through cryoconcentration, which consists of freezing the must in winter and to extract a sweet, flavourful and concentrated syrup. The nectar is fermented at low temperatures for 6 to 8 months.

Result

A sparkling ice cider with fine bubbles, with slightly nervous acidity and subtle and complex aromas of candied apple, apricot, grape and spice that seduce and invite to celebrate !

Solo as an aperitif or in addition to the evening. It also
pairs well with foie gras, hot brie, soft or firm cheeses as well as crème brulée and chocolate desserts.
