Tasting Notes

An aperitif cider of a beautiful golden color with a coppery hue, aromas of ripe apple, vanilla, spice, smoke and cider brandy. On the palate, it is unctuous and heady. Its finish ends with woody and vanilla notes.

Serve between 6 °C and 8 °C as an aperitif or between 16 °C and 18 °C. Excellent with foie gras and mature and strong cheeses as well as dark chocolate.
