VARIETIES
A blend of several apple varieties.

METHOD
The apples are hand-picked, then crushed and pressed using a belt press to extract the juice while keeping it cold.

RESULT
This sparkling apple must is made entirely from our finest apples. Its bouquet is intensely fresh with a hint of tartness. With no added sugar, it is refreshing and thirst-quenching.

SERVICE
Serve chilled between 4°C and 6°C.
Perfect for cooling off. Pairs wonderfully with chicken paninis or summer citrus salads.
