<p><strong>VARIETIES</strong><br />
  McIntosh, Cortland, Empire, Liberty, Trent.</p>
<p><strong>CIDERMAKING (natural effervescence)</strong><br />
  Ice cider is made using cryoconcentration, a process where the must is frozen during the winter to extract a syrup rich in sugar and flavors. This nectar is then fermented at low temperatures for six to eight months.</p>
<p>The Crémant undergoes a second fermentation in a closed tank, giving it its unique character and originality.</p>
<p><strong>RESULT (7.5% alc./vol.)</strong><br />
  A sparkling ice cider with fine bubbles, well-balanced acidity, and subtle, complex aromas of candied apple, apricot, grape, and spice that delight and set the mood for celebration!</p>
<p><strong>SERVICE</strong><br />
  Serve chilled between 6°C and 8°C.<br />
  Perfect on its own as an aperitif or as a delightful addition to any evening. It also pairs wonderfully with foie gras, warm brie, soft or firm cheeses, as well as crème brûlée and chocolate desserts.</p>
