Description
VARIETIES
McIntosh, Geneva, Mont-Royal
METHOD
Harvested at peak ripeness, the apples are first crushed and then gently pressed using a belt press. The resulting must is fermented at a low temperature to preserve all its aromas. Finally, a second fermentation in a closed tank creates a natural and unique effervescence.
RESULT
This sparkling rosé cider at 5% alc./vol. offers delicate aromas of apples and red berries. The bouquet ends on a refreshing note with a slight bitterness brought by the red-fleshed apples (Geneva and Mont-Royal).
5% alc./vol.
SERVICE
Serve chilled between 4°C and 6°C
Perfect as an aperitif, it pairs wonderfully with grilled fish dishes, skewers, and goat cheese.
