Clos du Minot Rosé

 

A rosé, low-alcohol cider with a red berry aroma and fresh taste, followed with a slight bitterness that gives it a rebellious character and persistent bubbles. Serve with cold cuts, smoked fish and dessert, and of course, on any special occasion.  Serve at 4  ºC to 6 ºC.
