Issued from the best selection of vintages that are essential for the making of our famous Crémant de glace, this new ice cider takes its name Tête de Cuvée from this finest selection. its all naturally-occuring bubbles expresses its true refinement and finesse. |

This ice cider at 9%alcohol is dominated by flower and honeydew melon notes. Complemented with sweet and fruity applesauce and apricot scents, its rounds up in a nice mouth finale. |

Divinely decadent, Crémant de glace Tête de Cuvée becomes a marvelous soloist as a nightime nectar. It also has its place as an aperitif when served chilled between 6 and 8C.
Food matches: with foie gras, desserts of apple or apricot Tatin Tart and poached pears. It is an excellent companion for Quebec's fine cheeses. |
