 Du Minot Doré    
 Varieties:  McIntosh, Cortland
 Cidrification: A blending of apple juice and apple brandy like the Pommeau of Brittany or of Normandy, aged 18 months in oak barrels.
 Results: A mild aperitif (16% alcohol) of a lovely golden colour, with an aroma of ripe apples and cider brandy. To the taste, it is smooth and heady.
 Service: Served as an aperitif or digestive (between 6 ºc and 8 ºc). It goes well with creamy and strong cheeses and foie gras when it is served at room temperature (between 16 ºc and 18 ºc).
