Du Minot Doré

The Du Minot Doré is aged in oak barrels. It has a beautiful golden colour and brandy and ripe apple aromas. Unctuous and rich in the mouth. Serve fresh, at 6 ° to 8 °C as an aperitif, or at room temperature, between 16 º and 18 °C, with foie gras, creamy cheeses or dessert.
